He trained extensively through a General Surgery Internship and an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Miami, where he served as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery. Further honing his skills, Dr. Javech pursued a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship, gaining specialized experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions in children.
